Having worked with Northern Monkey on a couple of occasions in the past, there was no doubt in my mind that they were the first choice to build an e-commerce site for a new brand of sports supplements. From the outset of the project they had a clear view on what we were hoping to achieve with our brand image and we were utterly delighted with the design concepts they produced, as they perfectly matched what we had in mind. Testimonial for Northern Monkey When deciding to create an all-encompassing Christmas website – basically for the sheer fun of it – we approached Northern Monkey with our tentative ideas. What rapidly developed was a site of almost 200 pages, more than 200,000 words and hundreds of images. We had no technological website know-how short of working our way around a computer. But the kind, friendly, enthusiastic and professional team at Northern Monkey steered us in the right direction – while making us feel it was just fine to ask even the most basic of questions. He is now the site’s flag-bearer on business cards, also provided by the company. We could not be more delighted. We very much look forward to working with Northern Monkey as we hopefully take ‘How to Christmas’ into new areas in future years.

The new website for the Ribble Vehicle Preservation Trust is now up and running and has been well received by our members and by others who have seen it. We had our initial meetings and briefings with Amy which went well and gave us the confidence to proceed. The design work was done by Chris and he did an excellent job. The site looks good and it's easy to manage and add content. In 2013 St George's School, Blackpool wanted to refresh it's web presence and develop it's social media profile. No two school's are the same, and the design team at Northern Monkey worked closely with the school to develop a new, bespoke website, tailored to our specific needs, with the ability to address the variety of audiences with which the school must engage. Key was providing a website that presented the corporate face of the organisation whilst being accessible and relatable to the existing school community. By using the schools existing branding , the website built on the established profile with a streamlined homepage that brought in greater functionality for headline news, social media (twitter and facebook) and Google calendars in addition to a secure shared information area for staff and Governors. This project had a particularly tight time scale and budget, yet the project was delivered on time and to the the schools specification. The ongoing support has allowed the site to continue to grow organically and add new features, whilst the ability for the school to have direct editorial access means that the content is current, relevant and exactly the message that the school wants to present. The website is now a successful part of the St George's School marketing and communication strategies and essential for our staff, student, parent and wider community engagement.

The Northern Monkey team were great to work with from start to finish.  From the first meeting with Matt, discussing my needs for the site and it's functionality. Then working closely with Amy to find the design and look I wanted to create for the site. And finally, the technical side with Chris teaching me how to run the admin section of the site. It was great to have the 14 day 'niggle' period after the site was launched.  As with all technology, there's always some glitches in the matrix and, with my lack of skills, I found several!  But each time, one of the team would resolve the issue for me promptly.  I was thrilled to have received orders through the site within the first week.  I'm just waiting for it to rise through the rankings now on Google so I can claim my fortune and retire on a yacht in the Bahamas!
