It’s a very troublesome time for businesses at the moment and we wanted to reassure you that we are open as usual and here to help.
Due to the latest government advice, we are going to have to make some changes here at Northern Monkey and as of next week we will be mainly working remotely.
As a digital business, we are very fortunate that remote working is something that we have already been doing for years and as such we are in a great position to work unhindered. We have also invested heavily in specialist cloud software in recent years that allows us to easily manage all of our projects and to communicate with our clients. All of this means it’s business as usual here at Northern Monkey.
We also have one of the latest phone systems in place which means that all calls can easily be forwarded to any staff working remotely. As such all of our main contact phone numbers will continue to remain the same.
Face to face client meetings have had to be suspended for now for obvious reasons but these are easily replaced with telephone meetings or video conferencing. Again this is something we are used to doing especially with our international clients. If you are new to video conferencing then dont worry we can easily talk you through it and all of the software is free to use. Likewise if video conferencing is something that you think will benefit your own business and you need help setting this up, we will happily talk you through how to implement this.
