The journey began with a focus on schools. As School Property Matters, the company specialised in solving challenges around pupil capacity, space utilisation, and estate planning. Through services like CAD floor plans, and school capacity analysis, School Property Matters supported schools and multi-academy trusts in navigating issues such as fluctuating student numbers, justifying Published Admission Numbers (PAN), and adapting to expansion pressures. With over 4,000 schools supported and more than 10 million square metres mapped, the company became the go-to expert for schools nationwide.
