Based in Morecambe, Carman Hill is an independent kitchen, bathroom and bedroom specialist serving North Lancashire, South Cumbria and the Lake District. Founded by an experienced kitchen designer, the business offers the personal service larger retailers often can’t, handling everything from design through to installation. They work with trusted brands including Neff, Miele, Bosch and AEG, and are Safe Trader certified.
Carman Hill needed a website refresh. Their previous site looked dated and didn’t reflect the quality of the kitchens and bathrooms they create. As an independent up against much larger retailers, they needed a site that made the case for choosing them from the very first visit. It also had to give homeowners an easy way to start planning a project, rather than relying on a phone call as the only next step.
The team built the new site around how homeowners actually plan a kitchen. A clear four step design process sets out what to expect from first consultation to fitting day, while a Kitchen Estimator gives visitors a starting point on cost before they get in touch. Before and after galleries and customer testimonials put real projects at the centre of the site. Calls to action to book a consultation sit throughout, so every page leads naturally to an enquiry.
